Overseas Placement Facilitation Services

Please read these terms carefully before registering for, or using, any service offered by Roystrix.

1. Nature of Services

Roystrix acts solely as a facilitator, sourcing partner, and aggregator between candidates and licensed Recruitment Agents (RA), employers, educational institutions, and overseas organizations. Roystrix is not the direct employer of any candidate and does not issue employment visas, work permits, or employment contracts.

2. No Employment Guarantee

Registration, application, interview, training, profile submission, or payment of any fee does not guarantee employment, visa approval, job offer, salary level, deployment date, or overseas placement.

3. Employer's Final Decision

Selection, rejection, salary determination, job role, working conditions, accommodation, benefits, visa approval, and deployment remain solely at the discretion of the employer, client company, government authorities, or licensed Recruitment Agent.

4. Candidate Responsibility

The candidate shall be solely responsible for:

  • Accuracy of documents submitted
  • Educational qualifications
  • Work experience claims
  • Medical fitness
  • Police clearance requirements
  • Passport validity
  • Compliance with immigration and destination-country laws

Any false information may result in cancellation of the application without refund.

5. Visa and Immigration

Roystrix shall not be responsible for:

  • Visa rejection
  • Visa delays
  • Immigration refusal
  • Border entry denial
  • Changes in government regulations
  • Travel restrictions imposed by any country

6. Fees and Payments

All fees paid towards registration, documentation support, training, counseling, profile processing, skill assessment, language training, or administrative services are non-refundable unless specifically agreed in writing.

7. Refund Policy

No refund shall be payable in the following situations:

  • Candidate withdraws voluntarily
  • Candidate fails document verification
  • Candidate refuses offered employment

The following situations are eligible for a refund:

  • Visa is rejected by authorities — 100% refund
  • Employer cancels or postpones recruitment — 100% refund
  • Government regulations change after visa and ticket issuance — partial refund

8. Limitation of Liability

Roystrix shall not be liable for:

  • Salary disputes
  • Employment termination
  • Workplace disputes
  • Accommodation quality
  • Working conditions
  • Employer misconduct
  • Delay in deployment
  • Financial losses
  • Personal injury
  • Loss of luggage or personal belongings

9. Third-Party Services

Services provided by licensed Recruitment Agents, employers, embassies, visa consultants, airlines, training providers, and government agencies are independent third-party services. Roystrix shall not be responsible for their actions, decisions, delays, or performance.

10. Candidate Conduct

Candidates must maintain professional conduct throughout the recruitment process. Any misconduct, fraud, misrepresentation, abusive behavior, or violation of applicable laws may result in immediate cancellation of services without refund.

11. Force Majeure

Roystrix shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by:

  • Government actions
  • War
  • Pandemic
  • Natural disasters
  • Political unrest
  • Embassy closures
  • Airline disruptions
  • Labor strikes
  • Any circumstances beyond reasonable control

12. Data Usage Consent

The candidate authorizes Roystrix to share personal information, resumes, certificates, photographs, and supporting documents with employers, Recruitment Agents, government authorities, training partners, and related service providers for recruitment and placement purposes.

13. Communication Consent

The candidate agrees to receive communication through phone calls, SMS, WhatsApp, email, and other digital platforms regarding job opportunities, recruitment processes, training programs, and placement updates.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of these services shall first be resolved through mutual discussion. If unresolved, the matter shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.

15. Acceptance

By registering, submitting documents, making payment, attending interviews, or using any service of Roystrix, the candidate confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions in full.

Roystrix is only a sourcing, counseling, documentation support, and aggregation platform. The company is not a licensed Recruitment Agent unless specifically stated otherwise. All overseas employment opportunities are processed through respective employers and/or licensed Recruitment Agents as applicable under law.
